Narrow your search to one of the categories:

How much should I ask for my house?

If you are thinking of selling your property you have some idea about how much similar properties go for in your neighbourhood. We will have an expert gather the necessary statistics and give you all the information you need to decide a saleable price for your home.

Remember that you are in much better position to compete with other properties for sale on your street because you are not paying commission out of the total amount that you get for the sale of your property.
Therefore when you list your house for sale, do not let your competition use your house to sell theirs. In other words, if you are asking for a higher price they will show your house and the asking price and justify their own asking price.

How does the ListingBuddy.com money back guarantee work?

The listing fee that you pay will cover the cost of advertising your property. We do not charge any commission after your property is sold. You get to keep the total amount you recieve for the property. We have also developed relationships with many top local real estate agents in the event that you feel you would like to list your property with a Realtor. If you do this, you can interview any agent that is a part of our network, and they will reimburse you the original listing fee when they close the sale of your home.

What do I do when I get an offer on my home?

It depends on the conditions and the price offered. Read the offer thoroughly and consult your lawyer. If the conditions and offered price is acceptable to you, sign back the offer and you have a binding contract to sell your house based on the offered price and conditions.

If the price and conditions of the offer is not attractive, you can counter the offer buy changing the price and/or conditions and return it to the buyer. Remember that if the buyer accepts the counter offer you submitted, you have signed a legal agreement and are bound by it.

Always have your lawyer review the documents before you return it to the buyer.

When is payment due?

Payment is due upon sign-up when listing your home. All of our work is done upfront and so payment is taken upfront. Your advertising is then good until you sell your home.

Can I sell my home privately?

Yes. Those who can sell property are:
1. The owner of the property.
2. Licensed Real Estate agents.
3. Lawyers
4. Auctioneers. (with some restrictions)
